The Process
From dream to departure.
We've stripped every part of the planning process that you shouldn't have to think about. What's left is a conversation, a proposal, and a trip that feels like it was made for you — because it was.

01
YOU SHARE THE DREAM
Fill out a short questionnaire — it takes about five minutes. Tell us where you're thinking, when you want to go, who's coming, and what you're hoping to feel. It can be as vague as "Somewhere in Europe, October, needs to feel like a real break" or as specific as "Vegan Sailing Trip in Croatia."
02
We get to work
We research, research, research. TikTok rabbit holes, best-of lists, asking everyone we know who's been there. Then we pull from our network of favorite hotels and guides and build a first-pass itinerary that actually matches your style — not a template.
03
We refine together
Nothing is take-it-or-leave-it. We go back and forth with you until the itinerary feels exactly right — swapping hotels, adjusting pacing, adding the off-radar excursion you wouldn't have found on your own.
04
We handle everything
Once you approve the plan, we take it from there. Hotels, tours, transfers, restaurant reservations — handled. And we'll always try to secure perks, upgrades, and special requests along the way.
05
You just pack
Before departure you receive a complete document — day-by-day itinerary, all confirmations, maps, restaurant notes, packing suggestions, and entry requirements.
Common questions
Do I have to know where I want to go?
Not at all. Many of my best trips start with a feeling or a timeframe, not a destination. Tell us what you're in the mood for and we'll make recommendations.
What does the planning fee cover?
Research, curation, proposal creation, revisions, and all coordination. Bookings are included depending on price tier. Hotels and experiences are billed separately at cost. See Pricing for specifics.
Will you book my flights?
Short answer: no — and here's why that's actually better for you. If we book your flights and something goes wrong — a delay, cancellation, or change — the airline will direct you back to us to fix it. That means you can't always handle it directly yourself, even if you're mid-layover at 3am. Not ideal.
Airlines don't offer advisors special rates anymore either, so booking yourself is already the cheapest option available.
What we do offer is flight research — we find the best options, timing, and routes so all you have to do is plug in your details and book. It saves you hours without the headache of being stuck in the middle.
How far in advance should I reach out?
For international trips, 6–8 weeks is ideal. For peak season travel, 3–4 months ahead is better. Tighter timelines — just ask.
What if something goes wrong on the trip?
We stay reachable throughout. Something changes or goes sideways — reach out and we'll do our best to handle it.
